About the Writer/Director
Chuyuan Cai is an international writer-director working across China, the US, and Europe. A seasoned TV writer (The Bad Kids, Soul Snipe), his creative reach extends to London theatre with his play Three Men. He is currently finalizing his short The Math Teacher while actively developing his debut feature film.
About the Writer
Christina Yoon is an award-winning Korean American writer and director based in Los Angeles. She wrote for the Critics Choice–winning Pachinko (Apple TV+). Her short Motherland won Best Director at HollyShorts, Best Narrative Short at Provincetown, an Artios Award, and was Oscar-eligible in 2024. Yoon is a fellow of the Warner Bros. Discovery Access Directors Program.
